Warranty and Returns


All Mount Sendit Inflatable snow products are covered by a 2-year warranty, from the date of purchase, that covers defects in material and workmanship. Mount Sendit will, at its option, either repair or replace a defective product free of charge, including shipping costs. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim. Repaired or replaced products will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This warranty does not cover products that have been subjected to or experienced:

  • Misuse
  • Stress beyond physical limits of the material
  • Alterations
  • Abrasion
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Excessive UV damage
  • Neglect
  • Inappropriate storage

To make a warranty claim, please send an email to info@mountsendit.com with the following information included:

  • Description of defect
  • Photograph(s) of defect (where possible)
  • Proof of purchase (sales receipt or order number and name)

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Mount Sendit product, you may return it within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs (both ways if free shipping was selected at checkout, and return shipping only if you paid for shipping at checkout). Returns must be in unused or lightly used condition. Mount Sendit reserves the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% depending on the condition of the returned product.
